Dockage Rates
• Boats up to 20' $112 per ft.
• Boats 21' to 40' $117 per ft.
• Boats 40' and up $131 per ft.
• All end slips and 54' slips $131 per ft.
Discounts for payment in full by December 1, 2006

Preferred Customers who are staying for winter storage (2006-2007)
If you stay for storage and you pay for dockage in full by December 1, 2006 you are entitled to the following:
• 10 % credit if paid in full by 12/01/06 with Cash or Check only

Preferred Customers who DO NOT stay for winter storage (2006-2007)
If you do not stay for storage and you pay for dockage in full by December 1, 2006 you are entitled to the following:
• 4 % credit if paid in full by 12/01/06 with Cash or Check only
These credit options are only applied to accounts if they are not over 30 days past due and if full payment has been received with a signed contract by December 1, 2006. Also, remember that these credits are applied to your account for purchase of anything except deducting the amount from the dockage payment.
Slip reservations are made on a first come-first served basis. We will try to accommodate everyone’s choice. But dock space is limited on many of the piers so you will need your reservation in early. If you have any problems sending the contract and payment, please call us so we can make other arrangements.

Contracts and payments received after 12/01/06 will not qualify for the credit options offered.
Winter Storage Rates 2006
Boat Storage Pricing
Includes hauling, bottom washing, blocking (except when noted), storing, launching, and painting under the blocking with owner supplied paint.

OUTSIDE STORAGE:
• Boats under 24' $42 per ft.
• Boats 25' and 45' $45 per ft.
• Boats 46' and up $60 per ft.
• Catamarans Multiply rate above
by 1.5 per ft.

INSIDE STORAGE:
• All boats, by square ft. $7.56 per sq. ft.
LOA x width (with a minimum charge of 8 feet wide)

WET STORAGE:
• All Boats (per sole discretion of yard) $52.65 per ft.
Does not include a haul out or electricity

Pricing includes labor and materials including appropriate venting but NOT including doors or zippers.

For boats with the mast in the stepped position there is a $97 blocking charge for additional blocking required. Also a mast release must be signed before the boat is hauled.

NOTE: Due to insurance regulations, NO ONE, under any circumstances, can unstep their mast or move their boat stands. It must be done by the yard.
